VISION

To ensure that every child, regardless of economic or social background, has access to quality education, learning resources and the opportunity to build a better future.

MISSION

Poribes Foundation is committed to providing free and continuous educational support to underprivileged children, strengthening their learning, confidence and overall development while preventing school dropout.

OUR WORK

🎓 115 underprivileged children are currently supported through our education initiatives.

🏫 Sundarbans: At Nibedita Sishu Siksha Niketan, Madhusudan Chak, 85 children receive free education and study materials.

📚 Chengail, Howrah: Poribes Foundation supports 30 school-dropout/underprivileged children, helping them return to school, continue their education and receive ongoing academic support.

Health & Hygine

Holistic development, independence, and environmental preservation. Founded during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Poribes emerged as a vital initiative to support those affected by the crisis. Our initial efforts focused on providing essential supplies, including oxygen, medicine, and emergency aid to vulnerable communities.

Female Hygine

Recognizing this critical public health issue, Poribes Foundation has launched a focused initiative to promote menstrual hygiene awareness and access, particularly among women in marginalized and underse rved communities. Through targeted awareness programs and regular distribution of sanitary products, the initiative addresses critical gaps in access, education, and dignity, especially among those with limited exposure to menstrual health practices. The impact has been transformative— improving not only health outcomes but also women’s confidence and participation in daily life.
